Baker Street Yoga is a heated vinyasa yoga studio for all ages, abilities, and body types. Vinyasa, or “flow yoga,” is a creative and powerful style of yoga where awareness of breath enables the body to flow gracefully from one posture to the next. The heated studio helps muscles warm up quickly and allows for deeper release of tension on the body.
Teachers focus on alignment and help guide students through the different postures. Classes are designed to build strength and flexibility, while also relaxing the body, opening the mind, and nourishing the soul.
